Farrah Fawcett dies at 62


Farrah Fawcett, a star who was widely known from the famous "Charlie's Angels" died Thursday 25th of June after struggling for cancer at the age of 62. She started the treatment that includes surgery and chemotherapy after she was diagnosed with anal cancer since 2006.


Farrah Fawcett, being notable of her feathery blond hair and bright, dazzlingly smile that earned her the hottest sex symbol of the 70's.



Her TV documentary entitled "Farrah Story" revealed her battle with exceptional dreadful treatments and demoralizing setbacks which was being aired through NBC last May 15th, 2009 that attracted almost 8 million audience. She tried to search for interventions in US as well in Germany, combating the disease determined to achieve the cure though her body became weaker.

Even though she had been battling illness I was surprised that she passed away. I really thought she would beat it. It's a little shocking I guess since the most recent celebrities who have died are in my generation... people I grew up with and grew up watching. Touches a nerve, ya know?
